Reminder: Reading for next class: Decision Theoretic Planning

Folks:
A reminder about the reading for tomorrow's reading.
Please note that about half the students who took 471 with me have already
had some introduction to MDPs. So, the discussion is likely to be faster paced.
It is thus imperative that those who haven't had exposure to MDPs read
the material
once before coming to class.
